Fire Station Tours are offered at Fire Station No. 47 at 7825 167th Street. When attending a fire station tour, attendees will understand fire safety, tour where firefighters live while on duty, see and touch firefighter gear, and learn about an ambulance. Tours last about 35 minutes. The fire station has equipment and tools that can cause serious injury, so it's important to follow the directions given to you by the firefighters. The adult chaperones are responsible for assisting the firefighters in keeping the safety of children a top priority. There is a maximum of 30 people. (25 children and 5 adults. 1 Adult per 5 children required.)
Due to change of shift crews, no tours are scheduled between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Permission from a Fire Department Member must be given prior to entering or climbing on any equipment. Horseplay of any type wll not be tolerated.
